A Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA) is a business that rents Private Mail Boxes (PMBs) to customers and accepts mail from mail providers, such as the United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, United Parcel Service (UPS), and DHL for distribution to their customers.

CMRAs may sell postal products, such as USPS stamps. However, prices on such products may not be the same, and may be higher than the price mail providers sell the products for directly.
